You will begin with some basic paperwork that you will be able to fill out in private.  Please bring insurance cards if you choose to file. 

 

 

 

 

 

We will take a thorough consultation & history to pinpoint the exact nature of your health concerns. Research shows that nearly 90% of diagnosis comes from the history; it is necessary to be very thorough so we can pinpoint the cause of your symptoms.  The consultation allows to find out whether you are a candidate for care.  We don't charge for initial consultations.

 

 

 

The doctor will give an examination and take x-rays (as needed).    We will usually begin treatment on the first visit unless other special imaging studies (such as MRI or CT scan) are necessary or if a referral is necessary to make a proper diagnosis.
